Mailbox Password Reset
If you have changed your mailbox password since 18 October 2007 or changed it before 13 December 2007, your mailbox password will not have been reset and will remain the same.

Mailbox passwords can be reset from the Mailbox Control Panel. In order to enable you to do this, you will need a mailbox Access Key. Please email Tech Support to request mailbox Access Key.

ISSUE: PHP 4 to 5 upgrade on windows servers | 03/07/2008 15:31:34

Over the course of the next month Windows server platform will be upgraded to use PHP version 5. We anticipate a noticeable improvement in performance and reliability as a result of this work but we are aware that there are a small number of compatibility issues that could affect the way in which your website works if written using PHP.
